Anyang Cultural Arts Foundation to host ‘Dear Mozart’ jazz-classical fusion concert

The Anyang Cultural Arts Foundation will host ‘Dear Mozart,’ a concert featuring saxophonist Shin Hyun-pil and pianist Ko Hee-an, on the 16th at 7:30 PM in the Anyang Arts Center Suri Hall.

This performance marks the third installment of a classical tribute project by the duo, following ‘Dear Chopin’ in 2019 and ‘Dear Schubert’ in 2022. The concert aims to reinterpret the works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart by blending the precision of classical melodies with the improvisational freedom of jazz.

The 70-minute show will feature only two instruments—saxophone and piano—to emphasize the musical communication between the performers. Tickets are priced at 30,000 KRW, with discounts available for Anyang residents and group bookings.
