Aomori Michinoku Bank deploys AI platform across all branches

Aomori Michinoku Bank has completed the rollout of the AI agent platform ‘neoAI Chat’ across all its branches. Following a pilot phase that began in March 2026, the full implementation was finalized in August 2026.

Developed by the AI startup neoAI in collaboration with NTT Data Tohoku, the platform is designed to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. The system allows employees to perform tasks such as document creation, summarization, and searching internal regulations. The platform includes governance features to meet the strict security requirements of the financial sector, such as access control and chat log management.
