Aomoriya by Hoshino Resorts to launch seasonal oden stall in Aomori

Aomoriya by Hoshino Resorts in Misawa, Aomori Prefecture, is introducing the ‘Yukinko Oden Yatai’ (Snow Child Oden Stall) from December 3, 2026, to March 6, 2027. The seasonal experience features two types of original skewer oden: ‘Aomori Oden,’ which uses local ingredients such as whelk, scallops, and Osanako tempura, and ‘Yukinko Oden,’ which features kamaboko shaped like snow spirits.

The stall is decorated with ‘Yukinko Neputa’—three-dimensional lanterns created by Neputa artist Chuta—designed to resemble snow spirits. Guests can enjoy the oden with local sake or hot apple juice in a lit-up winter setting. The service is available to guests from 14:30 to 17:00 near the main building entrance, with an alternative indoor location provided during inclement weather.
