Aon appoints Leonora Siccardi as Global Chief Execution Officer

Aon plc has appointed Leonora Siccardi to the newly created position of Global Chief Execution Officer (CXO) for Risk Capital and Human Capital. The appointment is effective immediately.

In this role, Siccardi is tasked with improving coordination between strategic planning, investment decisions, and business delivery across Aon’s Risk Capital, Human Capital, Advisory, and Analytics operations. The position aims to foster closer cooperation between solution lines, accelerate the development of new capabilities, and ensure strategic objectives are translated into consistent outcomes for clients and colleagues globally.

Siccardi will report to Joe Peiser, Chief Executive Officer of Risk Capital, and Byron Beebe, Chief Executive Officer of Human Capital. She brings over 20 years of international leadership experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors, having spent much of her career at Aon. She will also continue to serve as Chief Claims Officer for Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions.
