Aon appoints Nadin Virani as Interim CFO

CFO transition Aon plc interim CFO executive leadership financial guidance

Aon plc has announced an immediate transition in its executive leadership. Edmund Reese is stepping down from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Nadin Virani, formerly the firm’s Global Head of Corporate Planning and Analytics, has been appointed as Interim CFO. To assist with the transition, Reese will serve as a senior advisor to Aon President and CEO Greg Case through August 16, 2027.

Despite the leadership change, Aon has reaffirmed its full-year 2026 financial guidance.
