AOSB hosts event on female leadership and personal branding

The Adana Hacı Sabancı Organized Industrial Zone (AOSB) Women Industrialists Platform organized an event titled ‘The Power of the Female Leader and Personal Brand Management.’ The program focused on increasing the visibility of women in the business world, personal development, self-confidence, and professional goal setting.

Elif Tosmur, President of the AOSB Women Industrialists Platform, emphasized that women hold significant responsibilities in production, management, and decision-making processes. She noted that making these successes visible is as important as the achievements themselves, stating that ‘a woman’s visible success turns into another woman’s courage.’

Guest speaker Rüzgar Mira Okan addressed participants on the importance of self-awareness and taking responsibility for one's own life to strengthen leadership. The event was held with the support of AOSB Chairman Bekir Sütcü to help women strengthen their positions in the business sector and manage their personal brands more effectively.
