APA Hotel expands presence in Gunma and Ishikawa
APA Hotel has announced two new developments in Japan. In Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture, the company opened APA Hotel Takasaki Station East Exit on November 2. This 14-story building is located six minutes from JR Takasaki Station and features 199 non-smoking rooms, including connect twin rooms. The hotel includes a restaurant, Mizusawa Suikaen, which serves local Gunma ingredients and Mizusawa udon.
In Komatsu, Ishikawa Prefecture, the company rebranded the APA Hotel Komatsu Grand as APA Hotel Stay, marking the second location in Japan to use this specific brand. This new concept utilizes an all-inclusive pricing model that covers service fees, snacks, alcohol, and amenities. The facility features advanced sauna equipment, including an automated "ロウリュ" (ロウリュ) steam function, to target the growing sauna market.
