The report, titled ‘Seven Remarkable Years of Journey: Report Card 2019–2026’, covers approximately 70 categories of work, including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and cultural preservation.

A key highlight of the report is the resolution of public grievances; Sarangi stated that her office addressed 20,661 out of 23,478 received grievances, representing an 88 percent resolution rate.

Major infrastructure achievements cited include the sanctioning of a 111-km six-lane road from Rameshwar to Tangi, estimated at ₹8,307 crore. Other transportation projects include seven flyovers costing ₹240 crore and 16 vehicle underpasses costing ₹186 crore.
