Brazil municipal and state agencies announce various public service openings

Various Brazilian municipalities and state agencies are initiating several administrative and educational processes. In Cuiabá, the municipal government has summoned 51 candidates for various education-related roles, including teachers and technical staff, following a simplified selection process.

In Aparecida de Goiânia, a new public contest is being prepared for the Municipal Education Secretariat, offering nearly 3,000 immediate vacancies and 14,700 for a reserve list. Meanwhile, the state of São Paulo has opened enrollment for the 2027 school year across its 5,000 state schools, targeting new students from private or other state networks.

Other regional updates include: Itaipulândia (PR) is holding a contest for 41 positions; Santa Catarina's Sefaz is offering 50 auditor roles with high salaries; and Massaranduba (SC) has opened 47 vacancies. Additionally, the TCE-ES has recommended improved transparency regarding daycare waiting lists in Serra, and the TCE-PR is set to inspect 56 public works projects totaling R$ 1.17 billion.
