Aparecida de Goiânia hosts orchid and exotic fruit exhibition

Aparecida de Goiânia is hosting the XXIV Orchid and Desert Rose Exhibition from September 25 to 27. The event, held at ACIAG in Residencial Village Garavelo I, features a variety of flowers, desert roses, and exotic fruits, including dragon fruit, golden kiwi, and Israeli dates.

In addition to the botanical displays, the exhibition includes a food drive to benefit the Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Goiânia. Visitors can exchange 2 kg of non-perishable food for a desert rose or orchid seedling, subject to availability. The collected donations will support the nutrition and food department of the hospital, which prepares approximately 1,450 meals daily for patients.
