APC chieftain Olatunbosun Oyintiloye calls for unified support of security operations in Nigeria

APC chieftain Olatunbosun Oyintiloye, a senior figure in Osun State, addressed journalists in Osogbo urging Nigerians to remain calm and continue supporting the federal government and security agencies in the fight against insecurity. He praised President Bola Tinubu’s zero‑tolerance stance announced on Democracy Day and said the administration is intensifying efforts to curb criminality, mass abductions of schoolchildren and terrorist killings.

Oyintiloye called on state governors to provide resources and improve local intelligence, and appealed to citizens to stay vigilant and cooperate with security forces. He emphasized that a strong security environment is essential for economic growth, infrastructure development and social services, and urged prayer for the nation’s peace and unity.
