APC lawmaker vows to retain all Kano State seats in 2027

Abdulmumin Jibrin Kofa, the House of Representatives member representing the Kiru/Bebeji Federal Constituency, has declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) intends to retain all elective seats in Kano State during the 2027 general elections.

Addressing APC leaders and polling-unit representatives in a special meeting, Kofa stated that the party would not surrender any positions to opposition parties. He expressed confidence in the party's ability to win the presidency and all available seats in Kano, citing the strength of its political structure and leadership.

Kofa noted that while internal crises had previously challenged the party, efforts are underway to address these issues. He highlighted the involvement of various prominent leaders and candidates in strengthening the party's preparations for the upcoming polls.
