APC leaders predict election victories in Ebonyi State

All Progressives Congress (APC) leaders in Ebonyi State have expressed confidence regarding the party's performance in upcoming elections. During a campaign rally at the Ishielu Local Government headquarters, Representative Joseph Nwobasi and former Senator Joseph Obinna Ogba predicted APC dominance in both the August 22 local government elections and the 2027 general elections.

Nwobasi stated his support for the APC is based on grassroots interactions and developments observed in rural communities. Ogba, a former two-term senator, asserted that the ruling party faces no formidable opposition in the Ishielu Local Government Area. He further predicted a decisive victory for incumbent Governor Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru in 2027, suggesting that Ishielu would be among the first areas to return him for a second term.
