APC supporters mobilize across Nigeria for 2027 elections

Various All Progressives Congress (APC) groups and leaders across Nigeria have begun mobilizing support for the 2027 general elections, specifically endorsing the re-election of President Bola Tinubu.

In Rivers State, thousands of women organized by the National APC Christian Leaders Forum of Nigeria (NACLFON) held a rally in Port Harcourt. The group aims to secure at least fifty votes per unit for APC candidates through door-to-door campaigning.

In Kaduna State, APC leaders in the Jema’a Local Government Area pledged support for President Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani. The group cited improvements in healthcare, education, and infrastructure as reasons for their continued loyalty.

In Kogi State, Chief Elijah Ola Olorunsuwa of the Okun Renaissance Initiative endorsed both President Tinubu and Senator Sunday Karimi. Olorunsuwa also advocated for the Kogi governorship to be zoned to an Okun indigene in 2027 to ensure political equity for the region.
