Apex Legends announces Blood Pact Event for October 13

Electronic Arts and Respawn have announced the ‘Apex Legends: Blood Pact Event,’ scheduled to run from October 13 through November 2. The event introduces a thematic battle between two factions: Beasts and Demons.

Players can participate in the ‘Wildcard’ mode, where completing specific challenges such as dealing damage or landing knockdowns unlocks faction-specific abilities. Those siding with the Beasts gain enhanced melee movement speed and faster weapon switching, while those siding with the Demons receive faster ability recharge and improved shield capabilities.

The event also features a themed version of the Kings Canyon map, incorporating random fog to limit visibility and returning Revenant ‘Rev Shell’ grenades. Cosmetic updates include new legend skins for Sparrow and Alter, along with various themed bundles and weapon skins available in the Blood Pact Store.
