Apex Legends announces Season 30 Split 2 mid-season update

Respawn Entertainment has released the patch notes for the Apex Legends Season 30 Split 2 mid-season update. Preload for the patch is currently available for players ahead of the official deployment.

Significant legend balance changes include buffs for Conduit, Fuse, Catalyst, and Bloodhound. Conduit will receive faster ultimate deployment and new Level 2 upgrades, while Fuse gains explosive resistance and improved ordinance highlighting. Catalyst will see her spikes automatically reinforce doors, and Bloodhound will benefit from improved scan durations.

Conversely, Axle and Seer will face nerfs. The update also introduces weapon and loot adjustments, such as increased healing loot, changes to the Triple Take and Bocek, and a reduced cost for the Executioner Hop-Up. Additionally, over 150 quality-of-life fixes have been implemented to address collision and map issues, particularly on World’s Edge.
