Apizaco announces Copa Pana 2026 bullfighting tournament

The municipality of Apizaco has announced details for the second edition of the Copa Pana 2026. The tournament is designed for young bullfighters with picadors and aims to promote local tourism and cultural identity while honoring the memory of Rodolfo Rodríguez, known as ‘El Pana’. The competition schedule includes events on August 29, September 12, October 3, and a final on October 18.

In Cuba, the municipality of Cauto Cristo held rodeo demonstrations as part of its summer activities. The event featured various disciplines, including coleo, suerte de manga, and jaripeo, showcasing traditional livestock handling skills through friendly competitions between riders from Río Cauto and Cauto Cristo.
