Apizza Alimentari begins dinner service in Fayetteville

Apizza Alimentari is launching its dinner service in Fayetteville, New York, starting Wednesday, Sept. 30. The establishment, which has operated for breakfast and lunch since July, is located in the former Kirby’s Grill & Taphouse.

The full-service trattoria is a collaboration between partners Paul Messina, John Stage, and Amy Chrisogonou, alongside executive chef Padriac Adolfi. The dinner menu features a Pasta Della Casa section with housemade and artisanal Italian pasta. Dinner hours are scheduled for 4 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday, and 4 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
