Apog Labs and Shueisha Games announce ATMOSFAR Early Access date

Swedish developer Apog Labs and Japanese publisher Shueisha Games have announced that their new science-fiction aerial survival game, ATMOSFAR, will launch in Early Access on October 29, 2026. The title will be available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Set on the alien planet Tycos, the game features physics-based flight mechanics, resource management, and mobile base construction. Players can pilot various vessels, including the Utility Wasp for mobile camps, the Hauler Wasp for heavy scrap transport, and the Fighter Wasp for rapid exploration. A large, customizable aerial base known as the Cloud Cruiser serves as a central hub for technological expansion.

ATMOSFAR supports both solo play and online co-op for up to four players. The gameplay involves exploring floating islands and diverse biomes filled with unique alien flora and fauna while navigating extreme weather conditions such as turbulent storms and fierce jet streams.
