Apollo 12 Wrist Checklist With Playboy Photos Set for $100,000 Auction

During the 1969 Apollo 12 mission astronauts carried wrist‑mounted checklists. Hidden among the pages were four Playboy Playmate photos, a prank later confirmed by a former NASA staffer. One of the models, Reagan Wilson, had attended the University of Montana, giving the story a Montana connection.

The original checklist is being offered by Heritage Auctions. Bidding opened at $100,000 and the auction is scheduled to close on July 24. It is part of a broader sale of rare Apollo‑era artifacts, including lunar‑surface equipment and flown hardware.
