APOPS union protests at ANSES Boulogne over annulled election

Workers at the ANSES office in Boulogne, San Isidro, held a protest organized by the APOPS union on Tuesday morning. The demonstration was triggered by the agency's decision to annul the election of a union delegate.

APOPS officials characterized the decision as arbitrary and an attack on the collective rights of employees to democratically elect their representatives. The union claims the election was conducted in accordance with the Law of Trade Union Associations and that the annulment undermines the legal protections associated with the representative role. The protest disrupted public services and administrative procedures for citizens visiting the Boulogne facility.
