Appel Médical announces major healthcare recruitment drives in France

Appel Médical, a subsidiary of Randstad France, has announced significant recruitment drives to address persistent healthcare professional shortages across various French regions.

In the Grand Est region, the company is seeking to fill 440 positions. The highest demand is in Bas-Rhin with 110 openings, followed by Haut-Rhin with 62, Meurthe-et-Moselle with 55, and Moselle with 41. Available roles include nurses, caregivers, doctors, midwives, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and early childhood professionals. These positions are offered through various contract types, including permanent, fixed-term, temporary, and per diem arrangements.

In Corsica, 69 positions are available, with Haute-Corse accounting for 45 of these roles. Similar to the Grand Est, the recruitment covers medical, paramedical, and social care sectors. Nationally, Appel Médical reports 6,200 career opportunities across the medical and pharmaceutical sectors. To support these efforts, the company also emphasizes professional training, having provided specialized training to over 3,200 professionals in 2025 in fields such as intensive care and mental health.
