Appennino Maceratese launches InterValli 2026 hiking project

The InterValli 2026 project has launched a series of six hiking itineraries designed to connect 12 municipalities through the trails and landscapes of the Appennino Maceratese. Supported by the Unione Montana Potenza Esino Musone, the initiative aims to promote regional heritage, history, and nature by transcending administrative boundaries.

Scheduled to take place between September and November, the excursions focus on slow tourism and cultural discovery. The program begins on September 20 with a 9-kilometer route from Passo della Forcatura in Sefro to Fonte de lo Piscio in Fiuminata, passing through Monte Vermenone. A second itinerary follows on September 27, traveling from Braccano in Matelica to the Prati di Gagliole via the Cammino dei Forti.
