Apple AirTag price drops hit record lows during Prime Day

During Amazon’s 2026 Prime Day (June 23‑26), the second‑generation Apple AirTag reached its lowest ever retail prices. A four‑pack is listed at $89 on Amazon in the United States, equivalent to about $22 per tag, while a single AirTag sells for $24 in the US, €27 in Italy and €27 ≈ $29 in Europe—roughly a 10‑15% discount from the standard price. The deal is also offered on Amazon’s European sites and at Best Buy, with similar markdowns reported in Germany and the United Kingdom.

The discount coincides with the latest AirTag upgrade, which adds a louder speaker (50 % louder), a second‑generation Ultra‑Wideband chip for longer‑range precision finding, and a more sustainable design that uses 85 % recycled plastic in the enclosure and fully fiber‑based packaging. The device continues to rely on Apple’s Find My network of billions of iOS devices for anonymous location tracking and supports secure sharing of location data with contacts and airline partners.

The price cut has been highlighted as especially useful for July 4 travel, as travelers can outfit luggage, keys and other belongings with the trackers at a practical cost. The promotion runs for the duration of Prime Day, after which prices may revert to higher levels.
