Apple and AAON Stock Moves Reflect Investor Sentiment

Apple shares fell 2.3% on Monday afternoon after a Bank of America analyst highlighted short‑term margin pressures despite maintaining a buy rating and a $380 price target. The analyst warned that rising component costs could cut gross margins for two quarters, prompting investors to sell even as the analyst remained optimistic about long‑term growth.

At the same time, investment firm WCM Investment Management reduced its holding in construction‑equipment maker AAON by 3.5%, selling 9,377 shares and leaving the fund with 255,786 shares (about 0.31% of the company). The filing noted that other institutional investors have also been adjusting their AAON positions, indicating active portfolio rebalancing in the sector.
