Apple and LG lead laptop reliability rankings

Consumer Reports has released new reliability rankings for laptops and Chromebooks, based on estimated problem rates derived from surveys of over 75,000 consumers. Apple emerged as the top-performing brand, with various MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models dominating different categories.

In the Windows segment, LG showed strong performance, particularly with the LG Gram 17-inch Copilot+ PC, which ranked highly for reliability and ergonomics in larger display classes.
