Apple Corps announces major Beatles visitor attraction in Liverpool
Apple Corps has announced its largest project to date: a massive visitor attraction in central Liverpool. Scheduled to open in 2028, the site is being described as a British equivalent to Graceland or Dollywood.
The project will involve relocating and expanding the existing ‘Beatles Story’ museum, which is currently located at the Royal Albert Dock. This development follows other upcoming Beatles-related ventures, including the opening of the former Apple Corps headquarters on London’s Savile Row to visitors next year and the release of Sam Mendes-directed biographical films about all four band members in 2028.
Paul McCartney has described the plans presented by Apple Corps as ‘exceptional’.
