Apple is reportedly testing a 6.96‑inch panel for the upcoming iPhone 20 Pro Max, which the company may market as a 7‑inch screen – the largest ever on a non‑foldable iPhone. The prototype keeps the same aspect ratio as the current iPhone 17 Pro Max, suggesting the size increase will come mainly from thinner bezels and a quad‑curved glass design that wraps around all four sides.

Leaks also claim the anniversary model could introduce solid‑state buttons that work without mechanical contacts, an under‑display Face ID system that removes the Dynamic Island notch, and a 6,000 mAh battery with reverse wireless‑charging capability.
