Apple foldable iPhone leaks reveal design and naming speculation

Recent leaks regarding Apple’s upcoming foldable iPhone suggest the device may feature a book-style design with an internal screen reaching up to 7.8 inches and an external display of approximately 5.5 inches. To address common industry issues, Apple is reportedly working on a screen design intended to minimize the visibility of the crease.

Design leaks indicate a rectangular camera module housing two lenses arranged horizontally, alongside a flash and a LiDAR sensor. Potential color options mentioned in leaks include dark blue, silver, black, dark gray, and white.

There is ongoing speculation regarding the device's official name. While previous reports suggested names like ‘iPhone Fold’ or ‘iPhone 18 Fold,’ and ‘iPhone Ultra’ has been widely circulated, some industry analysts suggest ‘Ultra’ may not be the final designation. This uncertainty stems from reports that the foldable model might lack a telephoto camera, potentially making it less advanced in certain specifications than the standard Pro models.
