Apple introduces AI-driven Safari features in iOS 27

Apple is introducing new Apple Intelligence capabilities to the Safari browser within iOS 27 and iPadOS 27. A primary feature is the ability to automatically organize open tabs by topic. Using artificial intelligence, Safari can identify related web pages—such as those concerning travel, recipes, or specific products—and group them into collapsible topics to reduce clutter.

Users can choose to have Safari automatically create these topics or use a manual review process via the ‘Show Related Tabs’ option to confirm groupings before they are finalized. Additionally, a new ‘Notify Me’ feature allows users to monitor specific websites for changes, such as product restocks or price drops, by providing a text description of the desired update.
