Apple iPhone 13 and 14 sales dwindle as models exit Vietnam retail

Apple has stopped supplying the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 to authorized dealers in Vietnam. As a result, many retailers have removed these models from their official online listings or are offering only a few colour and storage variants in limited quantities.

The reduction in supply is described as a normal part of Apple’s product cycle, with older generations being phased out to focus on newer devices. Retailers say the move helps ensure product authenticity, warranty coverage and encourages users to upgrade to models with longer software support.

With the iPhone 13 and 14 largely unavailable through official channels, prices for the remaining stock have risen, and consumers are finding it difficult to purchase a new iPhone for under 15 million VND. Apple’s upcoming iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 are expected to become the primary offerings in the standard‑price segment, featuring higher performance and extended software support.
