Lenovo prepares IdeaPad Vibe to compete with Apple’s MacBook Neo

Lenovo is reportedly preparing a colorful, budget-friendly response to Apple’s MacBook Neo in the form of the upcoming IdeaPad Vibe. Leaked images suggest the new laptop will be available in seven distinct colors, including pink, yellow, orange-brown, green, navy blue, silver, and mint teal.

To compete with the MacBook Neo, the IdeaPad Vibe appears to offer a more extensive selection of ports, including two USB-A ports, two USB-C ports, HDMI, a headphone jack, and a microSD card slot. The device is expected to feature either AMD or Qualcomm Snapdragon processors, targeting the increasingly competitive affordable laptop market.

Meanwhile, rumors regarding Apple’s next steps suggest a second-generation MacBook Neo could feature an A19 Pro processor and an upgrade to 12GB of RAM to better support macOS artificial intelligence features.
