Samsung launches new 14-inch Galaxy Book6 laptop

Samsung Electronics has expanded its Galaxy Book6 lineup with the launch of a new 14-inch Galaxy Book6 model designed for everyday computing. Positioned as a more accessible option, the device starts at $799 in the United States and approximately 1.19 million KRW in South Korea.

The laptop is powered by Intel Core Series 3 processors (including Core 3 and Core 5) and features a 16:10 WUXGA LCD display with anti-glare technology. It offers significant battery life, with Samsung claiming up to 25 hours of video playback on a single charge, supported by 45W fast charging that can provide a 33% charge in 30 minutes. The device weighs 1.35kg and is 15.7mm thick.

Key features include integrated Galaxy AI capabilities, such as AI Cut Out for background removal, AI Select, and Note Assist. The laptop also supports the Galaxy ecosystem, allowing for seamless connectivity with smartphones and tablets through features like Quick Share, Multi Control, and Second Screen. Connectivity options include two USB Type-C ports, one USB Type-A port, an HDMI 1.4 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
