Apple raises Apple Music and Apple One subscription fees globally

Apple announced price increases for its subscription services across dozens of markets. The Apple Music individual plan now costs roughly $1/€1/£1 more per month, with family plans rising about $3/€3. Student plans also see a modest hike. Apple cited "rising licensing costs" as the primary reason for the changes. The adjustments affect the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Malaysia, Japan and several other regions. Apple One bundles – which combine Music, TV+, Arcade, iCloud+ and more – largely retain their existing prices, offering a cheaper alternative for users who need multiple services. In parallel, Apple increased iCloud+ storage fees in eight countries (including Nigeria, Turkey, Egypt, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, New Zealand and the Philippines), with price rises ranging from 11 % to 55 %, while the US market remains unchanged. No new features were announced alongside the price hikes.
