Apple Music integrates natively with BluOS streaming platform

Lenbrook Media Group has officially integrated Apple Music into the BluOS streaming platform. This update allows for native playback and multiroom functionality across compatible devices from manufacturers including Bluesound, NAD Electronics, PSB Speakers, Cyrus Audio, DALI, and Monitor Audio.

While the integration provides direct access to Apple Music’s catalog of over 100 million songs via the BluOS Controller App, current reports suggest limitations regarding audio quality. Instead of the service's full lossless capabilities up to 24-bit/192 kHz, the integration appears to be limited to AAC at approximately 256 kbit/s, though official confirmation of the supported bitrates is still pending.
