Separately, Bloomberg reports that Apple is planning a major overhaul of its MacBook range. The upcoming “MacBook Ultra” line, expected at the end of 2026, will feature 14‑inch and 16‑inch OLED touchscreens with a cut‑out “Dynamic Island” design and will run on M5 Pro/Max processors, followed by successive upgrades to M6 and M7 chips through 2028. The new models are projected to command premium pricing, reflecting both advanced display technology and AI‑focused silicon.
