Apple prepares iPad mini OLED update and faces Mac mini trade-in limitations

Apple is reportedly preparing a significant update for the iPad mini, potentially featuring an OLED display for improved contrast and color saturation. The upcoming model may include a more powerful processor, such as the A20 Pro chip, and a redesigned chassis with improved water and dust resistance. While some rumors suggest a 120 Hz ProMotion display, others indicate a standard 60 Hz refresh rate.

Regarding the Mac mini, Apple is offering unusually high trade-in values for models equipped with the M4 chip in the United States, sometimes exceeding the original purchase price due to global memory shortages. However, the Apple Trade In program is currently unavailable in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland, leaving customers in those regions to rely on third-party retailers for device resale.
