Apple raises AppleCare+ prices in Taiwan for iPad and Mac devices

Apple announced a price increase for its AppleCare+ extended‑warranty service in Taiwan. All iPad models now cost NT$300 more, with the iPad Air 11‑inch rising from NT$2,590 to NT$2,890 and the iPad Pro 13‑inch from NT$5,590 to NT$5,890. Mac products see a larger lift of NT$500 across the line, such as the MacBook Air 13‑inch moving from NT$6,290 to NT$6,790 and the MacBook Pro 16‑inch from NT$12,990 to NT$13,490. The full pricing tables for iPad, iPad mini, iPad Air, iPad Pro, Mac mini, iMac, Mac Studio, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and Mac Pro were updated accordingly.

In response to the higher individual plan costs, Apple is promoting its AppleCare One bundle, which lets users protect up to three Apple devices for US$19.99 per month (about R$30.70). The unified subscription can reduce overall protection expenses for customers who own iPhone, iPad and Mac devices, reinforcing Apple’s shift toward recurring services revenue.
