Apple releases Safari Technology Preview 250 for macOS

Apple has released Safari Technology Preview 250, a pre-release build designed for web developers and enthusiasts to test upcoming WebKit features and bug fixes. This version is compatible with macOS Golden Gate and macOS Tahoe.

Unlike the stable version of Safari that arrives with macOS updates, the Technology Preview is updated more frequently, roughly every two weeks. It allows users to test new web platform behaviors, such as searching within video subtitles, without replacing the stable browser. The update can be installed via the standard Software Update mechanism in System Settings or downloaded directly from the Apple Developer site.

Additionally, the Technology Preview has received an updated icon. While a Nightly Build exists with daily compilations, the Technology Preview remains the recommended option for testing due to its relative stability compared to the unsigned Nightly builds.
