Apple TV announces release date for ‘The Sisters Grimm’ season two

Apple TV has released first images and confirmed a worldwide release date of October 2 for the second season of the animated adventure series ‘The Sisters Grimm’. Based on the bestselling book series by Michael Buckley, the show follows descendants of the Brothers Grimm, Sabrina and Daphne, as they navigate the mysteries of Ferryport Landing, a town where fairy tale characters are real.

Set one year after the disappearance of their parents, the new season will feature six episodes focusing on the sisters' continued search and the secrets of their home. The series is produced by Titmouse and developed by showrunners Amy Higgins and Erica Rothschild. The voice cast includes Ariel Winter, Leah Newman, Laraine Newman, Abubakar Salim, Billy Harris, and Harry Trevaldwyn.
