Apple TV+ releases ‘Trying’ Season 5 with new family drama

The British comedy‑drama ‘Trying’ premiered its fifth season on Apple TV+ on 8 July 2026. Eight episodes will roll out weekly, with the finale slated for 26 August. The season follows adoptive parents Nikki (Esther Smith) and Jason (Rafe Spall) as they confront the sudden appearance of Kat (Charlotte Riley), the biological mother of their teenage children Princess and Tyler.
