Apple TV offers free viewing of ‘It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown’

Apple TV is offering the Peanuts holiday special ‘It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown’ for free viewing this weekend, specifically on Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18. While Apple TV holds exclusive streaming rights to Peanuts content through 2030, viewers can access this specific special without a paid subscription by using the Apple TV app on various devices—including smart TVs, Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, iPhone, iPad, and Mac—or via a web browser. An Apple ID is required to watch.

Following the Halloween special, Apple plans to offer other Peanuts holiday classics for free. ‘A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving’ will be available on November 14 and 15, and ‘A Charlie Brown Christmas’ will be available on December 12 and 13. Although the specials are no longer broadcast on traditional networks like PBS, they remain accessible through the Apple TV platform.
