Apple TV+ renews ‘Imperfect Women’ for second season

Apple TV+ has officially renewed the psychological thriller series ‘Imperfect Women’ for a second season. Originally conceived as a limited series based on Araminta Hall’s novel, the show will now transition into an ongoing series.

The upcoming season will function as a spin-off, shifting the narrative focus to the character Eleanor, played by Kerry Washington. The new chapter is set in the affluent, predominantly Black enclave of Martha’s Vineyard, where Eleanor will encounter new secrets and scandals that challenge her understanding of her past.

Kerry Washington and Elisabeth Moss are both confirmed to return and will serve as executive producers. Showrunners Annie Weisman and Justin Hillian will also return to lead the production. While a specific release date has not been announced, some reports suggest a potential premiere in the summer of 2027.
