Apple updates Creator Studio with AI and professional tools

Apple has announced a major update to its Creator Studio creative suite for Mac, iPad, and iPhone, scheduled for release in November. The update introduces deep artificial intelligence integration and enhanced professional workflows across several key applications.

Final Cut Pro will now feature built-in MotionVFX content, including professional templates, graphics, and advanced motion tracking tools. The software also enables seamless two-way integration with Pixelmator Pro, allowing users to edit clips in Pixelmator and have changes automatically reflect in their video projects. Pixelmator Pro itself is receiving generative AI features, such as a “Generate Fill” function that uses text commands to add or modify image elements.

Logic Pro is being enhanced with an intelligent assistant that combines Apple’s AI models with OpenAI technology to assist in song composition. It also features an improved Stem Splitter for precise audio element separation.

For productivity, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers will receive contextual AI assistants to help with drafting text, designing slides, and visualizing data. Existing subscribers can access these updates for free, while new users can subscribe via monthly or annual plans.
