AppLI platform expands free digital skills training in Italy

The Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, in collaboration with INPS, is expanding the digital training offerings on its AppLI platform. AppLI, which stands for Assistente Personale per il Lavoro in Italia, is a virtual coach powered by generative artificial intelligence designed to support job seekers with career guidance, CV preparation, and interview simulations.

Through new partnerships with major technology companies, the platform now includes 120 on-demand courses from the Fastweb Digital Academy (a Fastweb and Vodafone initiative). These courses cover topics such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, cloud computing, blockchain, and 3D printing. The full Fastweb + Vodafone digital professions catalog is expected to be integrated into the platform in the coming months.

In addition to Fastweb, the platform provides access to training from other major entities including Microsoft, Cisco, Amazon, IBM, Leonardo, TIM, Open Fiber, and SAS. Users can access these free resources using digital identity credentials such as Spid or CIE.
