ApplicantAlly has launched a real-time AI interview assistant designed to support job candidates during live interviews. The tool aims to help users organize thoughts and identify relevant experiences when faced with unexpected technical, behavioral, or situational questions.

The platform offers two primary modes: "Quick Answer," which provides concise talking points in approximately 0.8 to 0.9 seconds, and "Full Answer," which develops structured responses for complex queries. It also includes a "Screen Analysis" feature to assist with documents, code samples, or case exercises submitted during the interview. The system generates responses by analyzing the candidate's uploaded resume, the target job description, and the immediate conversation context.

Observers note that the speed and effectiveness of such AI tools suggest that many standard interview questions may be too predictable.
