APPSC announces recruitment for teaching and reporter positions

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced several recruitment drives for various government positions in the state.

For the A. P. School Education Services, the commission released Notification No. 30/2026 to fill 160 provisional teaching vacancies. These include 104 Lecturer DIET posts, 46 Senior Lecturer DIET posts, and 10 Lecturer SCERT posts. Online applications for these roles are scheduled to open on 18 November 2026 and close on 8 December 2026. Selection will involve a single-level Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT).

Additionally, Notification No. 22/2026 has been issued for the recruitment of 11 reporters within the A. P. Legislature Secretariat Service. This includes 10 English Reporter positions and one Telugu Reporter position. Applications for these roles open on 13 October 2026 and must be submitted by 2 November 2026.
