APPSC announces recruitment schedules for professors and engineers

The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has announced several recruitment schedules and notifications for various state positions.

For the recruitment of Assistant Professors across 19 universities and Lecturers at Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT), the Computer Based Test (CBT) is scheduled to take place from December 1 to December 5, 2026. The examinations will be held in morning and afternoon sessions covering a wide range of subjects including engineering, sciences, and humanities.

Additionally, the APPSC has issued notification No. 08/2026 for the recruitment of 40 Assistant Environmental Engineers within the A. P. Pollution Control Board. The application window for these positions opens on October 6, 2026, and closes on October 27, 2026. The selection process will involve a single-level computer-based recruitment test (CBRT) followed by a qualifying Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).
