Apărătorii Patriei passage construction advances in Bucharest

Construction of the Apărătorii Patriei passage in Bucharest's Sector 4 is progressing, with the installation of a second eccentric column completed. The structure, which crosses Berceni Road between Turnu Măgurele and Sergent Ion Iriceanu streets, is designed to be approximately 860 meters long with two lanes of traffic in each direction.

The project is being executed by a consortium including Concelex, Omega Star Systems, Alpenside, Luxten, and PAB România. It represents an investment of nearly 20 million euros, funded by the Sector 4 City Hall with contributions from the Bucharest City Hall. Mayor Daniel Băluță has indicated that the infrastructure project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
