Aptos launches AI tools for Move language development
Aptos has launched a suite of AI tools designed to improve development within the Move programming language. The centerpiece is the Aptos Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which allows AI coding assistants to query on-chain data and call Aptos APIs using natural language. This toolset aims to bridge the gap for AI models that traditionally struggle with Move, a niche language focused on resource safety and formal verification.
The release includes standardized LLMs.txt feeds to provide machine-readable documentation for large language models, as well as Aptos Agent Skills. These skills are designed to assist in writing secure Move V2 contracts, conducting security audits, and generating comprehensive tests.
Separately, Termux Assistant AI has released version 3.5.0 for Android. This update enhances the AI's ability to interact with the device's Linux environment via Termux. New features include a DeepSeek chat export function that converts conversations to Markdown, a Mentor mode for step-by-step tutorials using the Accessibility API, and improved social account connectivity for platforms like Telegram and VK.
